Our Story
TLives Healthcare was founded with a clear and unwavering purpose - to provide genuinely compassionate, high-quality home care to the people of Sandwell, Birmingham and the wider West Midlands.
We recognised that too many families were struggling to find a care provider they could truly trust - one that would treat their loved ones not as service users, but as individuals with their own lives, preferences and dignity. That gap is what TLives Healthcare was created to fill.
From our base at 156 City Road, Tividale, Oldbury, we have built a team of dedicated, professional and deeply compassionate carers who share our values and our commitment to making a genuine difference in the lives of the people we support.
Today, we provide a full range of home care services - from personal care and dementia support to live-in care and palliative care - all delivered with the same warmth, professionalism and person-centred approach that sits at the heart of everything we do.

Personalised Care Plans - We create a detailed, individual care plan for every person we support, developed in partnership with the individual, their family and relevant healthcare professionals.
Consistent Carers - We make every effort to send the same carers to each visit, so your loved one can build a trusting, familiar relationship with their care team.
Regular Reviews - Care needs change over time. We review every care plan regularly and communicate any changes to the family promptly.
